I started BIFIO because preparing for life—whether it’s college, careers, or managing money—can be overwhelming. There never seems to be enough resources, and yet at the same time, too many, all saying different things.

With over 10 years of recruitment experience, I’ve met countless individuals who gave it their all and still struggled to move forward. Just typing “resume” into Google gives you thousands of results, which only leads to more questions: Which one do I choose? How do I make mine stand out? Where do I even start?

BIFIO brings structure to the process. Through quick, focused modules, it breaks everything down into manageable action items—helping you avoid the confusion of researching every step on your own. Instead of getting lost in the noise, you’ll follow one simple, guided path.

I had to figure out a lot of this on my own, and I know how much focus, determination, and patience it takes. I created BIFIO to make that journey a little easier—especially for those who may not have access to these resources otherwise.
